3. Data Forwarding

To perform the contract under point (b) of Art. 6(1) GDPR, we forward your data to the shipping company engaged to carry out the delivery to the extent that this is necessary to ensure delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider selected by you in the ordering process, the payment data collected by us to implement payments is forwarded by us to the credit institution engaged to effect the payment and, if need be, to payment service providers engaged by us or to the selected payment service. To some extent, the selected payment service providers also collect such data themselves, where you create an account there. In this case, the claim is collected directly by the debt collection agency.
